1. Gift Certificate – an electronic certificate that exists in digital form and has a unique barcode displayed in the seller’s electronic system, confirming the seller’s obligation to the buyer/holder to provide goods equivalent to the certificate's nominal value. The purchase can be made at Flirt & Tan stores from the available assortment on the date of purchase and at the price valid at the time of purchase, up to the amount corresponding to the nominal value of the gift certificate.

2. Seller – Flirt & Tan store. Buyer – an individual who has purchased a gift certificate at Flirt & Tan. 3. In case of loss or theft of the certificate, it cannot be restored, and funds cannot be refunded due to the lack of personal identification of the certificate holder before the loss.

4. When paying for an order using the certificate in-store, online, or via Instagram, you must indicate this at checkout and inform the manager when confirming the order. The certificate must be presented to a company representative in electronic form.

5. The validity period is indicated on the certificate.

6. The certificate allows for a single purchase. The full nominal value of the certificate is deducted at the time of purchase. If the purchase amount is less than the nominal value of the certificate, the remaining balance is non-refundable.

7. If the total cost of the goods exceeds the certificate’s nominal value, the holder must pay the difference.

8. The certificate cannot be exchanged for cash.
