Orders are processed and dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis, Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Nova Poshta
Delivery to any branch or address within Ukraine by the local shipping vendor Nova Poshta(New Post). The cost of the service is estimated according to the tariffs of Nova Poshta and only within the territory of Ukraine. Goods are sent upon payment if the goods are stock available. Please check the delivery terms with the shipping vendor in Ukraine 1-2 days.
We do not send cash on delivery.
Attention! After being delivered to the Nova Poshta branch, the parcel is stored for a maximum of 5 days, then it has to be sent back to the sender, and you will have to pay again for delivery and storage to get your goods. Please make sure you don’t postpone the receipt of the parcel.
