Delivery:
Orders are processed and shipped in the order they are received, from Monday to Sunday, from 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM.
Nova Poshta
Delivery to any Nova Poshta branch or by courier to an address within Ukraine. The cost of delivery is charged according to Nova Poshta’s current rates. Nova Poshta also provides international delivery to other countries with the option to pay upon receipt of the parcel (for countries where this service is available).
The order is shipped once payment has been received, provided the item is in stock. Please check the delivery time with the carrier. Delivery within Ukraine takes 1–2 days.
Please note! Once the parcel arrives at the branch, it is stored for a maximum of 5 days. After this period, the parcel is returned, and you will have to pay the delivery and storage fees again. Please do not delay collecting your parcel!
